Wow, not only did I get a chance to tour the restaurant, but was able to talk to the executive chef. The food is out of this world, try the crab cakes they are out of this world. Adding: I tried the shaved ribeye sandwich with sweet potato Fry's, what a treat. Service was 5 out of 5 ask for Amy!
Dining tonight was not our typical great experience at the Bistro. We received burned pizzas. I ordered a shrimp salad and got raw shrimp. The appetizer arrived after the entree. And the bread pudding was charred black. This is not what I expect here. I hope they have their game on again by the next time we visit.

We Have been there numerous times and even met the owner a couple of times. We usually like our experience.
Last night we sat at the bar, which we always do, and we ordered apps and dinner.
My husband ordered a different sauce on his pasta. The bartender even repeated the order...
