I went there and the music was so loud and annoying! I couldn't hear anything and neither could the person taking orders. The person taking my order was so nice and patient, I believe her name was Addie, but her boss was being so rude and starting conversations while people were doing their jobs which caused a delay and a long wait in receiving my coffee! I don't think i'll be going back. Not only that, its insanely over priced and sometimes when I order, they make my drink completely wrong. Let's work on that but for now, i am not returning.

So i asked for a cocoberry iced lemonade which is supposed to be pink!! They rushed me when i was trying to order it and than hands be a totally different drink which was blue and walked off i am so disappointed this was just a bad experience. Good drinks though don’t get me wrong but the employees are terrible. 😞

I'm a regular customer, stopping 2-3 times per week at my local 7 Brew and at several throughout the county as we travel. The employees at every single location, mostly young adults, are very friendly, cheerful and often engage in conversations. I chose 7 Brew over any other chain coffee shop!

Overall was a disappointing and inappropriate interaction with the staff. I was told to take this trash and throw it away at my house. She then tossed the wrapper into my truck wanting me to dispose of it. Shortly after I told her that I was not going to throw it away and for that I was flipped off. But that’s not it, she had the audacity to tell me to leave her a 5 star review then gave me her name.
