The host and manager told me all the bars were closed. It’s 11pm. They spent 10 minutes acting confused on if this place (A Casino) even sold alcohol they couldn’t even tell me a straight answer. So slow.
I go into the casino and they told me they are 24 hours. They made me wait 45 minutes to get a table never texted me that the table was ready making me feel bad that they didn’t text me.
He said they were wrapping up for the night but it was midnight and they closed at 3 AM and mind you they sat down five more tables after I sat down.
The people in the front are horrible like I felt like I was at a designer store and they were treating me like complete trash 🚮.
My waiter was amazing. The food was amazing. Just be careful in the front.

We order the “shaking beef” for $30 and receive 5 pieces of “high quality beef as the manager said” each about half an inch cube. I don’t think Wagyu cost that much.

Been to many “busy places” in my life but no one ever told me that: “because we are busy we can’t take the plates from the table and get more orders “ absolutely unacceptable, someone should explain the services hoe to do customer service.

Food is good. The manager Jeff is very rude. He doesn't care about family waiting 3 hours in line to be seated. He told us 30 minutes then 1 hour then he made us wait another 1 and half hour. Very unprofessional and when I ask him to talk to a head up he said I am the only manger. Never coming back. I usually stop by here to eat dinner with my family.

First time trying this place. Wait, it was relatively short, about 20 minutes. We got seated, and our server helped us right away. We ordered the sesame chicken and deluxe lo main, which included chicken, beef, and shrimp. Portion of noodles was huge. I couldn't even finish them. They tasted fresh and really good. My husband loved his sesame chicken, too. It was a quick meal. We were in and out in no time, even tho it was a little busy. I recommend it.

The wait was really long but luckily we were able to put our phone number down to get added to the list while we go and play in the casino. The food tasted amazing and also looked so good that people kept asking me what I got when they walked by.

I have always had the BEST experience at Asia. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and accommodating and yea there is a bit of a wait time but not a deal breaker. I always look forward to eating here when I visit L'Auberge in Lake Charles, Louisiana!

Me and my husband third time in Lake Charles visiting family and we decided to come to casino and had a taste for Asian/Chinese food . When we got there we wasn’t greeted until after two young ladies got done having their conversation, which I brushed that off.. we get seated and the waitress still didn’t come to get drink orders until 6-10mins after. When the waitress finally came, she had a rude attitude, I asked how is she doing , her words were better when I get off. Her name was Davi or Dakota something like that. I said I understand We all have those days. She proceed to ask are we ready to order , I told her just a minute not quite. We haven’t been in here in some time. She looked at my husband and rolled her eyes. I told Her i would Like another waitress which Before twice we had a black young girl with twist and I’ll never forget her face because of how nice she was to us. She told me she’ll tell her manager , a manager never came. We sat and waited and waited until i got Up and spoke to a host and told her we weren’t eating here and left! I will Be leaving a review with the casino as well. Get better workers with happy attitudes !!!!!!!!!!
