Went here for a pretzel before I left the mall to find out it was closed. The google store hours say they close @8pm. I went @7:30pm and they told me they were closed but were Serving the mall workers. They still had food in the case. The hours need to be updated online if they are closing @7:30pm now.

So on today I was at the mall and figured I'd stop in for a pretzel and a drink. The cashier was less than happy to be at work and it showed in here customer service skills. I asked for the pretzel and drink combo and was informed there were no pretzels available so I then asked for a large lemonade with the cinnamon bites she told me the biyes wouldn't be ready for a while(not giving any real time frame) but as soon as I walked away the couple(white might I add) behind me ordered the same bites I wanted and got them. So much for coming back here again ?

I worked here and it was horrible working for the management. And I'm waiting two weeks for my last check that was supposed to be mailed and I still haven't received it in the post office doesn't have any records of it ever being sent. I'd recommend y'all not to work here because you don't get paid

Just having a Family outing at the Prien Lake Mall... So stopped to get a pretzel for our daughter and cup of cinnamon pretzels for my husband and I... So # 1 ask for no salt pretzel..* Got a salty one.. #2 asked for cups of ice water .. * got bottled.. #3 paid for $1.00 Honey mustard dip..* walked all the way to the food court to sit and eat...* We had NO DIP.. So I walked back and told the 15 year old girl the 3 mistakes... She argued with me and asked me to Leave.. WOW.. then I spoked to * Chris the supervisor..and he asked me to Leave.. WOW...

Love their food. Just wished they would have more stuff ready when we're there. It seems everytime we go, they don't have what we want ready and there's a 20-30 minute wait.

Waited 30 minutes for mini pretzel dogs to get a single pretzel dog. No apologies or nothing just give my money I'll eat somewhere else. Thank you. My daughter decided to wait ended up another 45 minutes instead of 30. Y'all can kiss my business good bye ??
