The brisket and toast, yummy! Today was the Pork Steak special and let me tell you, inedible. Tough, dry and lacking flavor. You can’t just smother it in sauce to make it taste good. I guess I’m biased on pork steak but this is what I get for trying. Stick to brisket and chicken.
A pretty good place to stop for a meaty BBQ plate! Delicious potato salad and coleslaw! The peach cobbler also gives a lot of joy for your taste buds!:)
