We played music Bingo here last night. It was so much fun. Our servers were great. The loaded nachos was the best I've ever had, no joke. I can't wait for more music Bingo! It was loud in there, but that's what we came for. Sorry, but I did not like the dirty martini. Something was missing. But I didnt want to waste it.

Food is horrible and pictures do not show the box gravy, overcooked eggs, frozen chicken strips and eggo waffles that they serve. You needed a chain saw to cut through them but they didn’t even give you a knife. Don’t ask for tea or coffee for sure. But the live music was great! That and the Saturday college football on the tv were the only things that made choking down the horrible food worth it. Actually the hash browns and toast were good. If you just want to drink, this is probably the place to be. It is definitely NOT a brunch place.

Lux has such a great vibe,modern, stylish, and still super comfortable. The food is amazing (the tacos and fried green beans are a must), and the cookie butter waffle is unforgettable. Friendly staff and a fun atmosphere make it one of my favorite spots in Lake Charles.

I had such a great experience at Lux. The service was absolutely amazing, everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel really welcome from the moment I walked in. The food was outstanding, full of flavor and clearly made with care. On top of that, the atmosphere was fantastic, relaxed yet vibrant, the kind of place you actually want to hang out in for a while. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

Put in an order for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant canceled the dash. I tried to call to make the order and go pick it up no answer. I am sure they are busy. If you are too busy don't offer delivery. Things happen im sure they are great but that was a frustrating experience
Went in on a Saturday for brunch- busy so understandable that there might be a bit of a wait. Sat down and ordered food/drinks, no refills or communication until AFTER 1.5 hours of waiting for food, then the server brings the wrong order. Then takes another 30 minutes says they are starting to work on the correct order. I cancel the order and the only type of compensation is a free “shot” for the wait. Paid my tab for the drinks and will not be back. Other people in my party had cold food and almost charged for items they did not receive. Then tried to give my wrong order to the customers at the next table. Left after 2+ hour wait for no food.

I came to Lake Charles to visit a friend of mine. We went to Bisou last night, and we had a great time! The vibes were awesome, the DJ kept us dancing all night long, and the staff were so nice. Their pizza was perfect with our drinks! Definitely going to visit this bar again!
