Just left food was horrible asked for everything to be made fresh they handed us a bag of food straight out of the microwave when I say terrible! It’s a shame you pay good money and get poor service

The cashier at the front who looks like Kelly Clarkson, but wanna be lil kim, playing rap music at the counter, complaining about they have to many customers, which they only had 4 customers, I ask for bbq sauce she caught an attitude! The other employees was talking about the company, very disrespectful, if you don't like your place of employment go find another job! This was the night crew 12-07-24 @8:30p.m.

I only come here when I'm in a hurry and I don't feel like stopping somewhere and going inside. If I go here I usually just get an impossible whopper. It's always been good.
One of the sandwiches that I ordered was ice cold and one of the sandwiches wasn’t wrapped really good and I lost all of the eggs in my car when I went to check my order, when I tried to call and let them know, their phone was off the hook, so you can’t talk to anyone about your service

Very disappointed , bought a whopper here and it was very old. The way you guys serves this sloppy food the restaurant, well this specific nasty location should be shot down. I dont eat sloppy food, i drove right back and got a refund ??

Service was rude. Messed up on all of our Orders. Didn’t give a receipt. If I’m going to pay $40 for 3 burgers I expect it to be good quality and have what I payed extra for. Absolutely ridiculous.
