Bogo chicken sandwich is worse than processed nuggets... horrible, that's why they are giving one away... thin and tasteless.

Friendly staff, was skeptical about being asked to pull up for my food, but it came out hot, fresh and quickly, best burger and fries I ever had!

They do not have enough workers and a sorry manager. When you have to pull up and wait for your order to be brought out to you. One worker with headpiece, plus working the front, plus taking the food out to customers x that is sad. Y’all could have an amazing business there, if run by the right manager, one who cares if they close or do BETTER. Needs to be checked by higher up managers. You had one and they were doing great, you transferred him. The ones now don’t seem to care, they run out in of onion rings, French fries, etc. please do something to make it run better and faster. I.e. like McDonald’s, Wendy’s, etc. thank you for listening and hope you can better Burger King in Moss Bluff.
