“Good burgers. Were less expensive than the competition. I was surprised at how big, hearty and flavorful they were for what I payed. Their fries are famous for a reason. They did not disappoint. I gave them an all around 4 star rating based on disbelief. Surely they are not a perfect organization. I will be a regular customer and up them up a star based on performance, integrity, and overall commitment to customer satisfaction.“

“Have not been to an Arby’s since the “Mall-hub” days back in the late 90’s…saw some negative reviews & was astonished! We were greeted as we entered by staff, the cashier was friendly & informed on menu options, and though we waited for 11 minutes…the staff brought us our food to our table (other restaurants simply call you for pickup at the counter) and even apologized for the delay. I must admit, I felt a sense of nostalgia dining here today (wish service was as good as it used to be again)! Also, the eating area smelt clean, and the decor seemed corporate-level appropriate…inviting to customers. The food was tasty, hot & met expectations….only negative is that one of their condiment spouts was a little dirty & almost empty…& our table was not mounted & slid a bit when we sat. Wish we had this place where we live…here you get attitudes from young workers & old bosses that clearly hate their jobs!“

(Kinda looked like Jesus) . I hope I’m not mistaken on his name, But he was a great guy. Called the orders very clear and made sure I felt like I belonged there. Very helpful and I left feeling a little better than when I got there. . It was late at night so I’m sure management will know who I’m talking about if I got his name wrong. But great service I received the other night! However, I would like to mention that his coworker. I never caught her name. She wore glasses and was brown skinned. But I can’t help but scratch my head at this lady. She was incredibly rude towards everyone. Yes, the customers and even her coworker. She was being rude toward the guy and he didn’t even do anything to this chick. She was just carrying herself as if she demanded bro to obey her attitude. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone like that loses her job for the way she treats her coworkers. It was pretty rough. It was almost as if she was intentionally trying to overwhelm her coworker with the way she went about everything.“

“5:44 pm. As usual, this is THE BURGER KING in the area. My experience this time i drove thru drive thru and my food a whopper combo no pickles, coke and a whopper patty (no seasoning) for my puppy.
The food was consistently good w/o the grease that other bk restaurants may leave. Nope the burgers especially the bins weren't soggy, fries were fresh the whopper patty for the pup was good too. The crew have been great as well and if they made a mistake they go and fix it immediately!!! W/o question from the order to handing the food to me.
This crew and restaurant have been friendly, willing to actually listen and HELP their customers to make each order YOUR WAY...They live their motto not just saying the words...
