Cadillac Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar

The worst Mexican Food I have ever eaten. Portions were small. Crispy Tacos may have had 1 or 2 oz of meat per taco and did not have a good flavor. Salsa and chips were decent. Service was good and friendly. Decent margarita.

First let me say that our waitress whose name I can't remember was fantastic. She is the cute brunette with tats and a nose piercing. She was awesome. The first negative was the margarita which tasted like pure lime juice with a kick. The chips and salsa were not free! Nothing was close to free. I loved the fajita nachos which our waitress recommended, but my husband hated his burrito. We did sit at a table with a great view of the water and beach. I probably would go back just for the nachos, but definitely not for the prices and the margaritas.

Omelet was watery. Hardly any ham for the or rice. Toast was cold. Definitely not a good breakfast place So SAD!

Amazing service. Our server did a great job.. very attentive and quick. Kept our drinks filled and even went out of the way to get me some fresh unsweet tea from another kitchen. The atmosphere is very relaxing too but that is where the good stops. The only tasty thing was the chips and salsa were fresh. The food was not good at all. So bland and the beef fajita meat was chewy and just flavorless. I had the taco salad and it was drenched in so much ranch dressing that it was a sloppy, gross mess.
The service is the only reason I am giving this place 3 stars instead of 1.
Recommend they hire a chef from San Antonio that knows how to make good Tex-Mex. If they did this place would be a gold mine.

Late review, had dinner on the 19th of Jun. Food was excellent, really enjoyed the taste and flavors, delicious. I had the beef Tacos with charro beans and rice complimented with a michelada with Pacifico beer ?. I homey had the chicken fajitas that were awesome. His girl had the nachos, my wife had quesadillas, and my son had the Enchiladas. Everything was great.

Worst place ever. I’ve been to a Cadillac bar in Houston and it’s was way better. Service was slow. I’ve never experienced this before. We had a birthday in our group and the waiter never showed up until 1 hr later after ordering our food. Luckily I saw a manager and asked if everything was okay or if our waiter had quit. I do not recommend this place.

Spent an hour waiting for food which came cold. Saw our waiter maybe 3 times the entire time. Had to beg for our check so we could leave. Spoke to management who tried to buy our forgiveness with key lime pie. Will never eat at this location ever again.

ordered shrimp tacos and got fish tacos. husband ordered enchiladas and got tacos el cabon. they got the chips and salsa right. when the shrimp tacos order was corrected we were told that they added extra shrimp. there were 3 shrimp and forgot the charro beans. Very simple order and just could not get it right. Manager was very nice and did comp our meals.

Welcome to the place where chips whit wacamole cost 6$ , where the food waiting time is more than 44 minutes! Or more if you are lucky!, ...where you don't get refill drink and where they not tell you thank you!

NO NO NO! Came in for the first time, waited 15min after being sat. Finally somebody walked by for us to ask if we could have service. Got a server, ordered drinks and an app. The manager came by and offered our app for free and added a free queso to make up for the wait. I thought things were looking up. Ordered 1 plate of crispy tacos to share with my husband. food took 30min to come out. When it came out, the “homemade taco shell” was stale. The contents of the taco? Better at taco bell and i’m not kidding. Never got drink refills the whole time and had to wait another 15min after finishing our meals to flag down our server and ask for the check. took another however long to GET the check. Just no.

Same for breakfast , asked for an over easy egg (huevos rancheros) and the chip on the side , they sent out two over cooked eggs over a rubbery tortilla chip that was just slopped up in grease ,, don’t recommend , CJ is better next door !

The food was delicious. The waitress Amber serves started off good but she started not checking on us. The drink got low and she didn’t ask do we want a refill or anything.
