Cadillac’s is my go to restaurant. Whether it is a family members birthday, a girls night out, or I just wanted some chips and salsa, Cadillac’s is where I go.Mrs. Sheila is always greeting the restaurant with a warm smile and a kind word. Having been there multiple times, I have had the pleasure of being assisted by several servers. Tonight, Grace served my mom and I. She was so personable and kind. She checked on us several times during our leisurely girl dinner and we even got to chat with her for a bit during her shift.Whether you are stopping in for a quick bite, a larger party, or a solo meal, Cadillac's will not disappoint. Their food is fresh, hot, well seasoned, and expertly described on the menu. The servers are knowledgeable about the menu, and provide suggestions if you’re not sure what to get. Cadillac’s is one of my favorite restaurants and does not disappoint!Keep up the good work Mrs. Sheila & Team!

Came in this past Wednesday evening with a party of 5. Our waitress was sweet and I don’t think a lot of the issues we encountered were solely due to her but-ordered a ranch water and got a margarita-ordered the trio with the queso, salsa & guacamole & chips. The queso, salsa & guac came out and we did not receive the chips until about 30 minutes later. Salsa tasted like marinara sauce.-ordered our main courses and waited over 45 minutes. Our waitress came by and said it was going to be a bit longer than expected.-Another 15 minutes pass and our waitress said our food got given to the wrong table.-Waited another 15 minutes and I finally asked her if we could please close out without food if we do not receive our food in the next 10 minutes (it was 9pm at this point and we had been waiting for 2 hours).-We then waited another 15 minutes without food and I asked a waitress to please grab our waitress as we wanted to close out without food. This waitress told me she’d send over the manager. As soon as I sat back down, our food came out. At this point, I gave the waitress my credit card and told her to please close out the tab so we could eat and be on our way.Once she walked away, we started on our main courses that took over an hour-hour & a half to receive. One person in our party ordered the chicken quesadillas and the chicken was RAW. The chicken was thinly sliced so it’s like they seared it for 2 seconds and called it a day. A few of us were terrified of eating our chili gravy covered meat because we couldn’t tell if it was cooked or not, so most of us didn’t eat. The manager then finally came over, to which the raw chicken was pointed out, and she aggressive said “YUP THATS RAW” and snatched the plate away. Never offered to replace the meal.My card was charged for the full amount due to the waitress swiping my card before we realized our food was raw. The manager said she’d refund us for the food and only charge us for the alcohol/drinks ordered. I still have the main charge pending so am hoping she was honest in saying she’d refund the amount. If not, I’ll handle it with my credit card company. But, the manager was very passive aggressive and unprofessional in handling the horrific service and the fact that patrons of her establishment were being served raw food and having to wait 2 hours.Don’t recommend this place unless you want to be met with horrible service, long wait times, horrible management, and food poisoning.

We were a party of 7. Not one of us thought the food was good. We had the fish tacos, beef enchiladas, and nachos. I've had better enchiladas from the frozen section of my local grocery store. Avoid, especially since there are several more, much better choices within the hotel.

Staff rude. Makes their own hours. Don’t go off google hours. Checked in at 8:45 PM and asked the front desk what restaurants were open. He specifically directed us over to this place and walked in and they turned down instantly. . Bar staff will shut down when they want to even 2 hours early .

We ordered spicy beef nachos there where 10 Cold chips placed around the edge of the plate with a pile of lettuce tomatoes in the middle asked the sever and manager why so few chips at the cost of $16 and why cold they said that’s the way they come that is not the pile of chips I see pictured they could have cared less we paid and left went to Grotto

I know they call this place Cadillac but lately it’s more like a Buick. Old and rundown. I’m here on a Sunday afternoon and there is more tv’s than most restaurants and most of them are playing college basketball than nfl. Service is very cold with no conversation . Dropped our food off and moved on to tasking. We used to love coming here for the friendly bartenders and great rapport. Unfortunately it’s just not like the old days.

Superb experience, even in a rush! We ate here on a time crunch before a concert event. We had only 45 minutes to spare but took a chance on the Cadillac. We were seated immediately even though the casino was overwhelmingly packed.Our server came right to us and happily took our drink orders and fare orders at the same time. I believe he sensed we didn't have time to dine leisurely, so he upped the pace of his service.Our dishes came out within 15 minutes. We both had the Del Mar blackened red fish served with grilled vegetables, rice and beans. The meal was delicious! The fish was cooked just right and so flavorful, as were the vegetables. The rice was exceptional as well. So satisfying.When we asked for the check, our server brought it right away and had us on our way. We made it to the concert with time to spare and were so happy we had a fabulous meal beforehand. Highly recommend the Del Mar at Cadillac!

I was looking forward to delicious fajitas after reading the reviews. We started off with the white queso and guacamole, that’s where the disappointment started. The guac was more on the brown side and bland, the queso wasn’t good either. The fajitas were just okay and the sides were bland. We asked for a side of cheddar cheese and it was hard little pieces! I was really surprised because we are frequent Landry’s customers and I expected better homemade tasting food. There are better options at the Nugget so we won’t be going back to this restaurant.

Two days in a row....the worst service. Day 1: Took an hour for ice cold food to finally come out. Mgr never came to speak to us until we were leaving. She offered us 15% off our bill. She said to come tomorrow and promised a better experience. - SO WE DID! Day 2: our appetizer was completely forgotten - never received. Cold food delivered - incorrect order - also took over 30 mins. Mgr came over before we left (she just happened to see us) - she said she has a 95% rating. Well she has 0% from us and every other table around us. Not sure how those calculations are done. The problem is HER! The servers are messing around, letting hot food sit & have no sense of customer service. Clearly, this starts with her. We're gamblers and don't pay for our food - so we aren't looking for a discount. We're looking for warm food with decent service. We received none of this - today or yesterday. It's a shame - Cadillac Bar has a good menu. Needs better leadership and training.
