It's been years since I had been able to go into Casa. I recently moved back to Lake Charles and Casa was always a favorite when I lived here previously. I was disheartened to see that some of the quality I use to expect wasn't there. The food wasn't seasoned well and sadly, was bland. It's still a fun place but the prices compared to the quality weren't matching. I hope it was a one time oopsie.

This place has finally gotten the food back to the high level it was at 20 years ago. Way to go, delicious.

The food and atmosphere 10/10 definitely recommend. Our server Sebastian was super attentive. He kept our drinks filled, our food was correct and hot, he was very polite and has a great personality. Will definitely be coming back!

Horrible! Paid over 95 dollars for burnt fajitas! Called and spoke to a supervisor and they told me to come back and get a new order went back the next morning and waited for 40 mins just to get bad fajitas again. Done with casa!

Worst mexican restaurant in lake charles
Ate here 9/13/25 birria style tacos and beef fajita nachos.
Let just say my kids agreed taco bell would have been better.
The nachos were made with flour tortillas and were shy with the beef,
The birria tacos were waaay to over seasoned to the point of being inedible
The lemonade was definitely powder lemonade and at that... was mostly water

Tortillas were not hot and limited to 2 for an order of fajitas which is obviously not enough. There was an up charge for extra tortillas. However, the service was excellent.

The food was subpar for the price. This is the first time I've been disappointed here maybe it's because I ordered the taco salad idk. But it wasn't good, it was small and I think that anywhere that serves a salad even if it is a taco salad... it should be in a bowl of some kind! But anywho... the drinks were good and our waitress... Lauren I believe it was, was the best part of the whole experience@
