8-20-20 Simple Casa was Food 4/10 service 3/10 manager 9/10 ,We did go a hour before closing so that might be the cause. Wont be going back anytime soon

We went to casa ole' on today on FATHER'S DAY ! And our server (whose name was Lexus) provided us excellent service while managing a table of 6 who was very rude to her, she still calmly served us. The table of 6 was very upset because their food took long to come out and was continuously being very rude to her while she tried to explain to them that the kitchen was backed up and she was trying her hardest to get them there food but they were still upset and i hated experiencing this. I felt so bad watching her go through that i had to tell her she was doing great ! She remembered our orders without writing it down as well as the table of 6 which is amazing to me! Food was awesome even though we had to wait a little longer to receive it , we were very patient and understanding ! We will be back soon and we will be expecting Lexus to serve us ! SHE IS VERY GREAT AT HER JOB !

The service was really great. Lexis was our server and made sure we were happy. The food was very bland. I've had much better food elsewhere. It was a nice environment but I won't be back nor would I recommend

I ordered food with a coworker, and the food was made fast, while on the other hand the food was cold and not prepared according to the menu we reviewed. The only reason I gave one star was because the food was made swiftly.

We usually love Casa ole. Tonight was horrible! We ordered fajita chicken tacos and beef fajita salad. One taco had absolutely no chicken and barely any cheese, the other taco had chicken but very little. The taco salad had a pinch of lettuce and a ton of runny refried beans. The shell was stale. I am appalled. We paid $46 for that?!

I just picked up my order for a 3 item plate. There was no chili for my tamale due to being unable to acquire needed ingredients. That's understandable. However, i do not believe by any stretch of the imagination is this two tamales. I also was not given any cutlery. I am very dissatisfied!

My friends and i ordered Casa Ole off of food dash, chicken fajita quesadillas that were supposed to be served with sour cream and guacamole and pico, they arrived soggy, cold, fasting if dirty dishwasher with just sour cream and lettuce. Spinach enchiladas that were made correctly but still tasted of dirty dishwasher, and a stuffed avocado, also tasting of dirty dishwater. it took nearly 50 minutes for the food to even get to us
we ordered to go and they didnt put gravy on the chicken fried steak or on the side. meal ruined and no cutlery either..

This was a great place to come too. We had been to 3 other restaurants in the area and didn’t get as good service as here. I’m from TEXAS great hospitality matters. Our server Amber was very friendly & welcoming. The food was great also even better the second time we came. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip from Texas ..

Service was horrible. We told our waiter it was our daughters birthday and he completely forgot. Place was not busy and we was his only table. So no excuse as to why he forgot. We had many other problems also. Used to love eating at Casa Olé... But probably won't be returning for a while.
