Charley’s is my comfort food and the ladies and gentlemen who work there every day are the sweetest people ever, they’ve even memorized my order and greet me with big smiles every time they see me which makes getting food here even more enjoyable

Terrible! Just terrible! Never got the order right. Took it back for them to correct the order….still order incorrect. Also, they are taking shortcuts by not giving you the proper amount of vegetables that come with you sandwiches. So not go to this Charlie’s. The new owners clearly have no clue in what they are doing. Go somewhere else.

I worked here for like three days, my boss picked cheese up off the floor and used it on a customers sandwich, me and my coworker were instructed to reuse the same gloves no matter the task, so lots of cross contamination, fries are kept at room temperature on a shelf in the backroom next to chemicals, there's German cockroaches, and the boss smokes cigarettes in the back office. I probably should have reported them to public health, but I was so disgusted I kinda just wanted to forget this place. Don't eat here.

I haven’t been to Charley’s in a few years. And I must say. It was very delicious. I went before they open, and the gentleman hesitation prepared our lunch. Very nice and clean

They don't understand basic English.... Buyer beware.. refuse to give me corporate phone number..... An argument with me for 5 minutes over a dispute that was resolved. Is shameful that any manager or any corporate executive select these type of employees to work here that don't understand basic English and can't communicate and basic English without arguing over the validity of a dispute.

I'm not trying to be racist...but since the Asians took over its been down hill...was a phenomenal hidden gem in the mall...hence the 3 for atmosphere...now avoid at all cost.

They are the cheapest place around if you ask for any extra topping of anything, and when you ask you might as well ask for a million dollars with it.
