I'm not trying to be racist...but since the Asians took over its been down hill...was a phenomenal hidden gem in the mall...hence the 3 for atmosphere...now avoid at all cost.

My wife and I visited here today. We both had an old school. The meat tasted bad. Tasted old. We could not eat it. Spoke to the Manager and she ( pic included ) would not do anything about it. We have visited many Franchises before and never a bad meal. This one should be closed.

The cheesesteak was good like the meat ,but i ordered it with shredded cheddar cheese and there was nearly any cheese inside, and i got cheese fries and they were worst cheese fries i’ve ever had i think the problem was with the cheese because last time i got only the fries and they were okay!! So disappointed. The staff are friendly though!

Was going to order some ultimate fries until I saw a worker vaping behind the counter. Tried to call the store to speak to manager and no one picked up.Will never eat here again knowing they allow this to take place. Vaping is just like smoking whether it’s tobacco or not.

i am traveling from houston tx. and his manager is a puppet person, without education and without kindness! I adore their food but I am sure that I will never return, they should verify more the behavior of their employees .

Placed an order online and it says they're open till 7pm. Went to pickup order they wouldn't make my food or give me a refund. Don't order online. This is the second time this has happened to me. First time I got money back.Update ***emailed Charley's and still no response. Going to report on bbb(November 9,2021)
