Visited for my wife's birthday. Reception was great. Good atmosphere. James was our server, he was awesome. The mini crab cake was great and our entrée was awesome and well presented.

The Manager and servers were great. The food was excellent. The manager checked up on us often. He even asked if we wanted new fries when we told him the original ones were not very crispy.

Awesome experience. We come often to GNLC, but had never tried Chart House until this trip. We felt like we were in a small, exclusive private club. Our dinner was so spectacular that we came back for brunch on Sunday morning! We'll be back often!

Off night for Chart House on Valentine's Day 2024. Normally we love the atmosphere and food but the bacon wrapped shrimp had no flavor, the lobster tail was unimpressive, the steak was the right temperature but lacked a good sear. The cheesecake was perfect as usual. It seemed like the kitchen and wait staff were overwhelmed as there was a big crowd on Valentine's Day, we were seated about 30 minutes after a reservation due to everything running behind. The Landry's system was down and I have not been able to redeem my points through their app as of yet after 6 days.

I made reservations for my husband's birthday last night; it took a bit to get seated and since it was a very special birthday celebration, we chose to overlook that detail. When it was time to place our order, we were never informed that the table next to us (easily a party of 20+) had just placed their order and that our order would be delayed (a heads up would have been nice). We ordered a few appetizers and bread and then WE WAITED....over 45 minutes for our food. We were never checked on during that entire time. When we finally got our food, it was late and we were starving. The final.straw, the birthday guest was not even offered a dessert for his birthday even after the sub par service we experienced Come on Chart House, you could definitely do better. What a disappointment! We now know that the Chart House is a definite no for celebrating special occasions.

Only negative thing about the restaurant is we thought the restaurant was inside the casino. After following restaurant signs in the casino, we asked directions and discovered we had to cross the parking lot in 45 degree windy weather. I was pushing my wife in wheelchair
We had a lovely meal at the Chart House and James our waiter was very personable. The escargot should not be missed. It is fabulous but was brought out before our wine. There was a good wine selection too. The atmosphere was perfect for a special evening. Our meals, prime rib and short rib were good but were tepid and should have been brought out sooner so they were hot. The crème brûlée for dessert was just so-so and Really should have been better. Whoever prepares the escargot should do the desserts and mains!

This review has only to do with the gift card ordering system. I live in Chicago and wanted to get my mom a nice meal for her birthday. Very few places in LC offer e-gift cards, and when I found the Chart House it seemed like a lovely spot! Bought and scheduled the gift card to be delivered on her birthday to her email and got a confirmation of my order saying I’d get a delivery confirmation and thought everything was going great. Her birthday came and the day went by - no delivery confirmation. I asked her around 5pm if she’d gotten the card and she checked her spam but nothing. Happily there was a customer service line with excellent hours so I called, only to find out that it hadn’t been sent. The guy couldn’t tell me why. He then took my and her emails and sent it to me, so I could forward it to her. Then she had to log into the card with my email address. It was just not the surprise or experience that she deserved, and I wonder where my money would’ve gone if this was sent to a client or as a tip or employee bonus or to someone who I couldn't easily check in with. Just very disappointed in my side of the experience and really hope the meal and environment there are 1000% betterfor her than what I went through. Will update review.

I ordered the 6oz filet, medium rare, and it was already cool when served at the table but the flavor was good. The mashed potatoes looked like they'd been on the plate since the morning and already had a crust over the entire top. The macaroni and cheese was excellent as were the drinks that they served. It wasn't a terrible experience but I'll certainly exhaust all other options before booking Chart House again.

My wife and I chose the Chart House for our Anniversary dinner on the evening of 01/06/24 and we were disappointed. My prime rib was very good but my wife had to send back her filet. She ordered in Medium Rare and it came back well done. The next steak given to her was still over cooked but she decided not to send it back again. They also did not have the wine we ordered in stock. Again, disappointing.

we have not dined at Chart House in over a year as we use to call for reservations and not use the new Open table. No issues with this as all went smoothly. James was our server he did an excellent job and enjoyed his work as he stayed on top of our table and others, he had responsibilities for. Made sure our water glasses stayed full informed us of our main meal coming. Our plans are to frequent Chart H in 24 and invite friends that have not experienced. Sincerely, Bill and Lila Terry
Our server was James and he was awesome. The food was delicious. We had to wait two weeks to celebrate the birthday, so we were really looking forward to dinner. We had a wonderful experience. Chart House did not disappoint.
We could not find anyone that could give us directions from the casino to this restaurant. We asked 3 servers in 3 different restaurants in Casino and none of them gave us correct directions. I had to call and get restaurant personnel to walk us through the route to get there. Our party was not the only party that had reservations and could not find the restaurant. They need to put up signs and educate personnel on directions to
