It is March 2, 2025, I just spent 20 MinutesWaiting at the window for someone to acknowledge me. They served more than a dozen people in the drive-through. But never acknowledged me. When someone finally did notice me and pointed me out to their coworkers, I still didn’t get to help 20 minutes of my life that I will never get back.
Edit: I am a DoorDash driver and I spent that entire time waiting likely with the food going cold. If you’re a DoorDasher don’t pick up orders from this restaurant you’ll spend forever with nothing to show for it.

Forgot to put one of our burgers in the bag, demands receipt which is with my partner at home. Manager doesn’t know anything about customer service (I manage fine dining). And was extremely unprofessional and offered NO help! Maybe…put the food in the bag in the first place instead of making your mistake my problem. Being that I’ve worked with numerous POS systems, this more than likely could have been pulled up in the system. Or at the very minimum and apology for their mistake and the inconvenience! Not my first time having issues with them forgetting food.
Manager is a joke and unprofessional!

We ordered a big buford, 2 drinks, 2 fries for us, and a small cheeseburger for the dogs. The employees were friendly, smiling, and delivered our order to us in what I think is a pretty good time. This drive-thru experience was a great start to a long drive.

I WITNESSED an employee tell someone else "Have a great night" etc. I'm next to get service NOT A HI HOW YA DOING,HAVE A GREAT NIGHT ,WHAT CAN I GETCHA. NOTHING AT ALL. Her attitude was INSANE when she got to me all of a sudden.

The lady that gave us the order was REALLY NICE THOUGH ! I take that as a win. Because one night we went & the man was sooooo rude. So to have someone be nice this time was a WIN for me.
