This place is terrible. It’s a miracle they haven’t closed down. IF management is on site they aren’t present and simply dont care. Understaffed on a Friday night, literally out of EVERYTHING. No ice in drinks, zero offers of refills, missing appetizers, the list goes on. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews and eat somewhere else.

Sat in a booth in the restaurant adjacent to the bar. They have piped in music playing everywhere in the restaurant and then different music playing in the bar area. Equal volumes, it was very annoying listening to two different channels at the same time. Brought this to the attention of our server and the person who delivered our food and neither of them showed any interest. Overall the place is thread bare, needs deep cleaning, paint etc. The restroom was terrible, deep stains in the urinal and the sinks and counter tops were dirty. Our server was nice enough. Food was good and came out fairly quickly. We won't be back. Lots of better places to eat when visiting Lake Charles.

I’ve learned my lesson for not believing bad reviews. If I could give zero to warn others away I would. We weren’t waited on for 20 min then the food for another 20. There was zero season and it was the wrong order but I was too hungry to care at the time. Our waiter was rude & awful & we still were required to leave a huge tip when checking out. Other waiters just stood around gossiping. And their bathrooms weren’t very sanitary. EChili’s has gone down hill BAD $110 meal shouldn’t be like this

I used the app to place my order and Chili's offered freshly made, hot, and ready at the time stated in the app. The restaurant was a relaxing atmosphere. While the customer service is average, the flavorful food makes up for it, ensuring an enjoyable meal.

I literally waited 20 minutes to get sat once we did get sat we waited another 25 minutes to be seen and still nothing so we left ! It was only 2 servers they need to do better with hiring reliable servers

Walk in the door, greeted, asked to be seated at the bar, lady said go ahead , walked off never offered us a menu or to get anyone for us, we sat there and waited for someone , anyone to acknowledge us, after a bit I picked up two menus waited, the manager walked by looked at me and kept on walking, came back by and said someone will be with you, she finally came back too our drink order then took our food order, finally after we received our drinks and had been there 20 minutes the bartender came, she was cleaning up after they had given someone a birthday party that worked there, no problem enjoy, happy birthday, you still have customers, just very disappointed. Adding: we tried a second time, we had high hopes food looked delicious, both ended up spending 24 to 48 hrs in the bathroom ?
