Horrible experience. They gave our pizza to someone else. Or at least that's what they told us after 90 minutes. Then made us another undercooked pepperoni pizza and we finally got to eat after 2 hours. Never even saw the manager while we were there.

Wanted give the baby a great last day before school year starts and most of the toys we not operating but we made do. The last straw was when 2 grown women were beating on another woman right in the middle of the toys. It tool the customers to intervene. That was it. I was sick that it happened right there with kids watching.

The price paid for game play was not worth the games available for both younger and older kids.The price paid for the food was premium but the quality was anything but.The cleanliness of the facility was terrible and other than a couple of employees being awesome, the level of service was very lackluster.I get it, being around kids all day can be draining. The atmosphere of Chuck E. Cheese, when I was younger, was always fun and exciting. My daughter and I did not get that feeling at this location.She usually asks to go back to the places she enjoys. She has not asked to go back here since our visit.

My kids were very disappointed for there first time ever going to a chuckle cheese, very expensive for the little bit of food we got! Most of the games were out of order. Will never go back.
