Very limited food selection and even what my husband and I did eat, it wasn't that good and it upset our stomachs. Service was awful. No one came to collect the pile of plates until we were almost about to leave. Thankfully the table wasn't too small. As for the atmosphere, I get that it's a family place but there's no reason for a bunch of kids to be playing where people are eating. There's a party room and an arcade for that.

Top notch place! Owner works most everyday slinging pizzas out onto the buffet. Super friendly and will make any pizza you request for the buffet at no extra charge. All the games actually work, and it’s super clean!

Such a clean & well kept establishment. The kids had a blast in the arcade, unique set of games to choose from, the worker behind the game desk was incredibly sweet! Kids choose songs for karaoke. We all can’t wait to be back again.
I enjoyed my experience overall . Food was bussing , and the customer service was amazing . Ashton was so kind , and hilarious. Will definitely be coming here again . And hopefully I'm treated by Ashton again !
Customer service is AMAZING. Food is fresh. The place is clean. The workers are very friendly. My nephew loves the arcade area. I haven’t been here in years. I will definitely be back again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Shout out to Ashton for being patient to my nephew when he was paying for his food!

It's been a while since I've been here since I moved out of town, but me and my nieces and nephews had a blast. Ashton Jones was such a joy! We also had a great chat about Lagrange High and all the great things going on there. He's such a bright young man. We can't wait to come back. Love the renovations!
Came for a birthday party . Was immediately greeted by Ashton. The stay was friendly and made the pizza request I needed. Everyone was constantly cleaning and ensuring a great atmosphere

Great experience at CiCi’s! Friendly staff, fresh salad and pizza, busy but no lines, and great games! Even though it’s a buffet, the pizzas are made to order, and they have some really creative options like Chicken-n-Waffles and Pickled Pig. Great place for a family lunch or dinner.
