Amazing food, service was kinda slow but it was busy so understandable. It was loud because they have music playing, wish they would turn it down during lunch hours. Overall the food is a 20/10. Highly recommended !!

Ordered over phone and when we arrived to pick up orders staff was courteous and friendly. Have ordered here before and food was excellent. Picked up orders and returned home Upon opening sandwiches I noticed light bags when normally sandwiches have weight. Open sandwiches and noticed my Papa Special was significantly light on meat and plentiful cheese and mayo. The order was incorrect also pictures posted

Tried coolers food for the first time today, the flavor is wonderful! Keegan helped me in the drive thru with a drink order and met me at the other drive thru with my food! Thanks for your help today! I would recommend this place to anyone who has a love for poboys like I do! I had the Cajun bayou special! Oh and don’t forget the frozen margarita!!!

Service was excellent and quick. The Special Sandwich was really good, too, and honestly, it was better than the other place up the road from them.

Best food I had in lake Charles. Get the Cajun bayou special poboy. My only complaint is being charged wrong even after asking and they said it was fixed. Got charged for a different item than what I ordered, so my total was more than it should’ve been

The hurricanes taste like cinnamon and there's not enough space to sit. The dj was good and the outside area is nice though.
