I'm going to second that "this place MF Slappps"!! Staff: Sweet. As. Pie Service: Faster than a teenager on prom night. Food: Goooood Price: Amazing! Onion rings are a must, the small will probably feed 2, medium...family of 5. 10/10 definitely recommend!

From a ole country boy been eatin here since they opened in 82 on Ryan street this is a legit burger best around and I have tried most of them over the years Cottens needs to be on Triple DDD! 5 stars!!!!! All the way!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Only downside is they close at 3pm. & Closed on Sundays.If you're GOING walk-in, please be curious to the senior citizens. They have been going their longer than I have been alive❤️ so sweet!!!!Drive thur is faster than Burger King on Highway 14 and if you know you know.They always have the same cooks, so the food always the same way

Absolutely NOT. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten sick after eating here. A week ago I came with my grandparents and I still can not eat anything at all after eating here. I still find it hard to eat without gagging. Ruined my appetite completely I've thrown up 2-3 times every day since. I came through the drive thru once to get me and my husband some food a couple months ago while pregnant and I literally saw the cook with the fryer basket in hand with onion rings in it, hit it against the side of the trash can to get the grease out. The trash can was not clean at all. There was residue on the side. I swear on my life this place is not sanitary. Plus its always so greasy and burnt. I also got sick and had the same problem as this last visit. I thought this time I would be okay, guess not. Only reason I went again was because my grandparents asked me to go and I always go with them. Now my grandma is in ER after eating here. Had to call an ambulance at the store they went to after eating at this crap hole. How is this okay? $19 is a good deal for food but you can find better food and the same deal somewhere else without trash can residue on your fried onion rings and fries It's disgusting. They actually used to have good food.. if you love your family or children I'd suggest you not eat here with them unless you decide to get food poisoning or have to get a freaking ambulance to pick you up.. Literally ZERO sanitation, where is the health inspector? Because whoever it is needs to come here asap. Or find a new cook who actually cares. These people are okay with this.... LOOK AT THIER VIOLATIONS y'all need to stop eating at this place... they still haven't changed. How hard is it to be clean? Y'all are serving the community this garbage. Lake Charles does not deserve this!!!
