Super snobby bartenders. terrible customer service and attitudes. great food but acted like we were an inconvenience to them. my sister ordered a drink she didn’t like and wanted to exchange it….they took the drink from her and still charged her for a new one. really disappointing.

Another perfect night at Crying Eagle!! Burgers were perfect!! Old Fashions are my Absolute FAVORITE in town!!!!

The food, drinks, and atmosphere were all A++. Will definitely be back!

My Harvest Hosts stay at Crying Eagle Brewing in Lake Charles, Louisiana was outstanding from start to finish and easily one of the highlights of my travels through the area. The RV parking was ample, easy to access, and well laid out, making arrival and setup completely stress-free. As an added bonus, I enjoyed beautiful views of the sunset in the evening and the sunrise the following morning, which made the overnight stay even more special.

The food was absolutely delicious. The Bacon Poppers—bacon-wrapped pork sausage jalapeño poppers with pepper jelly—were phenomenal. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and an ideal balance of savory, spicy, and sweet. They paired exceptionally well with an assorted tasting of four of their select craft beers, each one thoughtfully brewed and distinct. I would have happily sampled more, but I had a long drive ahead the next day and exercised a bit of restraint.

Crying Eagle Brewing delivers the full package: great beer, excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, and RV-friendly accommodations. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this Harvest Hosts location to fellow RV travelers looking for a memorable stop in Lake Charles.

An absolute hidden gem in Lake Charles. A top-tier brewery in an unassuming location. Nom-pretentious, huge indoor and outdoor space, and an incredible and varied taplist. Will visit every time I’m in Lake Charles!

Great beer, wonderful staff, and fun atmosphere

Food was overpriced and nothing special

The brewery and restaurant are very neat and eye catching. However, our server seemed like he didn’t want to work that day. Also, when the food came, I was shocked to find a large piece of hair inside my burger. This really threw me off . Also, the food was extremely mid. The shrimp poboy had a very strong catfish taste for some reason. With all said , this is why I give this place a 2 stars.

It was a fabulous surprise. We came as a harvest host and left as big fans. The beer is great, the bistro has a wonderful menu, and what we got was quite yummy. (The Smash Patty Burger and the Crying Eagle Pizza). Staff was super friendly. They have quite the outdoor seating areas with different little sections that makes it feel intimate. Looks like outdoor music as well. Will totally come back when we're in the area

First time experiencing this place

We had our company party there last night and it was not good. They charged us for 2 hours in the reading room. They should have refunded the charge. So I would not recommend this restaurant for service or food.

This place is buns, hot honey chicken made me throw up 6 times and was disgusting mind you this was my 1st time there somebody in the kitchen ain't doing it right diiissssgussstinggg
