The absolute worst experience at a Dairy Queen I have ever had. I would sooner eat gumbo with tomatoes in it before eating here again.

The most inconsistent Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Every few months I give it another chance (for the last 3 years) and they always forget our food, sauces, and cut you off when you’re ordering. Terrible service. Starts from the top down. Maybe a change in management would help.

You have to make better staffing choices. The girl could barely understand me. The coke tastes weird. Asked for honey mustard and only got gravy. They had no chicken ready, so my blizzard melted all over my car by the time they got my food to me. It was slow there, so I don't know why there was so much confusion. Maybe because I interrupted their group hangout session?

First and foremost, this is not your Papaw’s DQ.
None of the traditional foods are here (e.g., Hungerbuster, Beltbuster, Chicken Fried Steak Fingers….none of it.
The burger the nice lady tried to put together to replicate the Hungerbuster wasn’t even a shadow of the DQ original. Not as tiny as a White Castle but, dang close.
Having had DQ for the over 50 years in numerous states (rural is almost always the best representation of the franchise), this location is a hard fail of the DQ chain and brand.
Definition of one and done right here.

I placed an order and got asked to pull in a parking spot they would bring my order to me. After sitting for 20-30 minutes they bring me the wrong order. He bring me my ice cream melted and order cold. On top of that I didn’t have my whole order in the bag. The worker had an amazing personality and great attitude is the only plus tonight.
Dietary restrictions: jEEz! Salt Much? Surely someone just stubbed their toe with the SALT shaker!?! Surely those FrenchFries are not ThAT salty all the time!?!? Unbelievably SaLTY fries :(

Can't get hold of a Manager regarding some needed paperwork..Manager refused to come to the phone and the employee hung up on me. I was pleasant but that is disrespectful and unprofessional. I WILL be filing a complaint with their District Manager!!! Their service leaves a lot to be desired!!;

Always quick delivery of order when I visit this location. Our food came out fresh and hot in a timely fashion.
There was a young guy, Ladarius, working the window last time we went, and he looked happy to be at work. Super energetic and friendly. I hope good things come to him since he seemed to have a good work ethic from the brief interaction we had with him.

Ordered blizzards. The order before ours took along time. When our blizzards were handed to us she did not turn them upside down. As we drove away I realized why, they were melted and soopy. Tried to eat it fast, but it was soon liquid, nothing resembling a blizzard.

I just wanna leave a five star review for this location because I moved from Texas and I always got the taco salad and I’m newly pregnant so I have a lot of cravings and I’m very hormonal and this location didn’t have the normal taco salad and they made me a taco salad from scratch and I am eating it right now and when I tell y’all I am on top of the world and I am so happy and excited and just wanna give the best rating because they are amazing and awesome and they all deserve a raise ❤️❤️❤️ PERIOD!!! My photo is a little crazy bcuz my hungry self started eating BUT YOU GET THE IDEA!!
