Me and my husband placed a order on the mobile app for delivery and when we checked the app it told us that we had to pick up our order. So we called and asked if our food was being delivered like it was supposed to and the staff had told us that the receipt didn't give them our trailer number like it was supposed to and they would still deliver it as long as we told them our trailer # and we told and let them know how thankful we we're that they were still willing to deliver our food. But as soon as we looked at the mobile app again it showed that our order was cancelled and we were confused and called the store back to see if everything was good and if we're still getting the food we had payed for but luckily it was but before ended the call one of the employees mumbled "yeah right". We weren't sure if they were talking to another employee or to us but everything was 100/100 and the service was amazing. Honestly the app seems to be glitching out.

The ordering process is super easy. I like finding new deals and coupons on the app. I have an order delivered at least 4 times a month. The drivers are polite. My food is always hot. Since I've moved here in March, this location has definitely been my go to pizza place! I'll continue to use them as long as I am here!

i’ve been ordering pizza from Domino’s since 1982. Not from this store but in general. I have never been disappointed until tonight. We ordered an extravaganza, which is what we always get and there are hardly any ingredients on the pizza. What is wrong with our world! We won’t be going back.

I haven't had a pizza from Domino's Pizza in years due to the continuous lack of product quality. Today, I was craving to try the New Thin Crust New Yorker Pizza. Online ordering was easy, and my pizza was ready for pick up when I arrived at the store in about 10 minutes. The pizza was hot, but the taste was off. I ordered the Thin Crust New Yorker with light barbeque sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mushrooms. I give the quality of this pizza a 4 out of 10 based on the following: 1. Pizza size. Was not stretched to 14". More like 12". 2. Borders too thick for a Thin Crust New York style pizza. 3. Pizza crust look and taste like a crust that had been sitting on a pizza floater rack for a while. 4. Skimpy on pizza toppings. Sacrificing quality for food cost. 5. Advertised 6 large foldable slices. NOT because the pizza crust was not stretched out it's full 14" size I can tell this pizza crust was not made to order because as I sat at the pick-up window, I could see a couple of pizza floater racks filled with already stretched pizza crust and aging. Maybe Next time, I'll order from a different location and not from the location at Store #5266 - 4421 Lake St, Lake Charles
