I’m really disappointed with my experience today. My order was clearly messed up, so my wife called the store and suddenly they “couldn’t find” the order at all. I called right after, and they put me on hold for almost 10 minutes with no update. At that point I just gave up.
I spent good money on this order, and the least I expected was basic customer service. This was frustrating and a waste of time. Definitely not the level of service I expected from Domino’s.

The people that work here are not very friendly and I’m here on lake street location very often for my pepperoni cheese bread and it’s always different some days not enough cheese and dry other times it’s really good let’s see what I get today pretty good today thanks but not impressed with the employees

Me and my husband placed a order on the mobile app for delivery and when we checked the app it told us that we had to pick up our order. So we called and asked if our food was being delivered like it was supposed to and the staff had told us that the receipt didn't give them our trailer number like it was supposed to and they would still deliver it as long as we told them our trailer # and we told and let them know how thankful we we're that they were still willing to deliver our food. But as soon as we looked at the mobile app again it showed that our order was cancelled and we were confused and called the store back to see if everything was good and if we're still getting the food we had payed for but luckily it was but before ended the call one of the employees mumbled "yeah right". We weren't sure if they were talking to another employee or to us but everything was 100/100 and the service was amazing. Honestly the app seems to be glitching out.

Barely any sauce on the pizza. Also ordered stuffed cheesey bread and it was half the size as the last time I ordered.

The ordering process is super easy. I like finding new deals and coupons on the app. I have an order delivered at least 4 times a month. The drivers are polite. My food is always hot. Since I've moved here in March, this location has definitely been my go to pizza place! I'll continue to use them as long as I am here!

i’ve been ordering pizza from Domino’s since 1982. Not from this store but in general. I have never been disappointed until tonight. We ordered an extravaganza, which is what we always get and there are hardly any ingredients on the pizza. What is wrong with our world! We won’t be going back.
