I order from this particular dominoes all the time..last 2 times my pizzas were dry and had very little pepperoni beef and jalapeños so this time I placed my order then called the store and spoke with the manager to get reassurance that my pizzas this time would be good...wellllll after speaking with the manager I just knew things would be different but Hell to da nah...so I will NOT be ordering from this dominoes anymore...3 times in a row is a NO!!! Do Better people pay too much money for their food to not be RIGHT!!!

On my last 2 orders one of the pizzas out of each of those orders weren't correct. It's always the same pizza. I always ask for extra sauce on my Pan pizza. This last one was so dry pretty much cheese and toppings. I even took a picture.

Have ordered pizza from this Lake Street location countless times over many years with no issues.Today I saw that they have an advertisement on their website for a 50% discount on all pizzas ordered online. I clicked on the "order now" on the "50% off all pizzas at menu price" and ordered two medium specialty pizzas.When we got to the store to pick it up, we were told that I supposedly did not click on the coupon or something, and we were expected to pay full price.Perhaps this was merely a glitch, or perhaps something more nefarious is afoot. The coupon said "50% off all pizzas at menu price" for online orders. It said nothing about any special qualifiers other than that it only applied to online orders. I was not prompted to do anything else after I clicked on the "order now" button on the "50% off all pizzas at menu price" advertisement on the website.If I needed to do more than click the "order now" on the "50% off all pizzas at menu price" to get the discount, Domino's needs to make that clear and have some sort of very obvious and simple path to doing so.Consumers in general are very busy these days, and also are unlikely to haggle with an establishment when they expect one thing and are given something less than what they expected. After some negotiation, we were given a $10 discount on the two pizzas - but this was less than the 50% off we were entitled to.Fortunately for Domino's, people are not going to bother to sue them over being given a $10 discount when they were entitled to a discount closer to $20. I would imagine that this will happen quite a bit over the next week that the special is supposed to run.I will go to Tony's, Little Caesar's, or Pizza Hut from now on.
