Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins

Don't waste your time with an establishment that is involved in false advertisement.Free donut on their flyers is totally BS.When you ask for your free donut, you have to buy a donut.They left that part out!The flyer was from today 8am/6pm Saturday July 26 2025@Nelson Rd.Lake Charles,La.70605 and the guy at the take out window is rude as hell.

We often go for ice cream after dinner on the weekends. The last two times I've been to this location, the employees are trying to close before 10.

I absolutely adore this place !!! You’re paying for quality, you receive your food quickly , they always find a means to cater to the customer.
Always have music playing for the majority of the customer groups that are in there or play cartoons for the kids. ALWAYS something new there.

Foods always made fresh and is REALLY filling. Even if you’re not too sure what to get or what you might be craving; the employees always have FANTASTIC recommendations.

Not to mention their cakes they make; their cakes are BEAUTIFUL and so so so sweet!! I love that you can completely customise everything 100%, no matter what flavour you get.

The manager of this place is really really nice, they make sure things get done no matter what!

Every time I come here they always take care of me. 5 Stars, freakin’ LOVE this place 🖤🖤🖤

Good ice cream.

Im here every morning pickup up a uber eat orders and i see workers here touching the food without any gloves and they don't wash there hands

This location specifically is the best in my opinion. They are very friendly and can remember your and make it the right way. They have some of the best ladies at the window who speak to you as if they’ve known you forever.

I always get breakfast and use the app so my food is a bit cold but I suppose that's on me

The donuts were tasty, and the coffee really hit the spot. I ordered an ice coffee, and the flavor was really well balanced and tasted great! If you've never tried their ice coffee, you're missing out. The staff was friendly and even helped me pick out my donuts. All of their food on display looks so tasty. The hardest part will be picking what you think looks the most tasty. I will definitely be back here and would recommend this place for their friendly service, great atmosphere, and tasty ice coffee and treats.
