Eavys Incredible Edibles

I cannot recommend Eavys Incredible Edibles enough! I called Miss Tammie the day before needing a peach cobbler to feed 6–8 people, and not only did she accept my last-minute order without hesitation—she truly saved the day!

When I picked it up, I was blown away. The cobbler was more than I could have hoped for—beautifully made, loaded with real peaches, and baked completely from scratch. The flavor of the peaches was perfectly sweet and paired wonderfully with the whipped cream on top.

Miss Tammie’s hospitality is just as incredible as her cooking. She was so kind and accommodating—it genuinely felt like I was picking up dessert from a family friend.

I will absolutely be ordering again!

tried Eavy's Incredible Edibles today. I saw this place mentioned on a Facebook post about oxtails so I was completely unaware that sweets are their speciality. I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened my plate and the first thing I saw were these beautiful teacakes. They remind me of the ones my grandmother used to make. Soft with just the right level of sweetness and a hint of vanilla. They oxtails are the most tender I've ever had. Like literally fall off the bone and are very well seasoned. The sides are just as good. I'm not usually a greens person, probably because I can't cook them lol, but these are delicious, tender with a smokey flavor. I've been in Lake Charles for a couple years now and I'm still finding new hidden gems. Lake Charles has so many great food options that no one seems to be talking about. I will definitely be adding Eavy's to my rotation.

I love the food over there especially the Monday through Friday menu. I love the Saturday menu. The people are nice and friendly.

I tried Eavy’s OOHWEE GOOHEE CAKE for the first time today, let me tell y’all it was soooo good I couldn’t stop eating it didn’t realize I bit my own finger!! I not only give her 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She deserves 1000 points!

Tammie made the most unique gift for my friend and delivered it in less than 24 hours. She provided the best customer service and ensured every step of the way that I was satisfied. She even texted me after she delivered to make sure my friend was happy with her treat! I will DEFINITELY be coming back to Eavy's whenever I want a delicious, beautiful, unique gift!
