I Ordered the Heartfelt Delights Dessert Box on February 13th at 6pm to be delivered to my wife at work before 4pm… they weren’t able to make that time. The driver called and asked if there was a different address to deliver it to. I gave him my home address, he said it will be approximately one hour. He arrived 2 hours later almost 7pm. We placed our order 1/21/25 for pickup today 2/13/25 (Delectably Dipped Delights which is 4 dipped apples, pineapples, and strawberries). When I got there I was given “my order” which thankfully I checked before leaving because it was the complete wrong order (6 cheesecake bites).
