El Paso Mexican Restaurant

The food was good, not great. The service was below average. The drinks, chips and salsa were not refilled. The server was very timid, probably because her English was limited. I ordered two enchiladas from the side menu but received a three-enchilada meal with rice and beans. We were given the check but then had to find our server to pay.

Ordered the burrito loco came out cold the shrimp was rubbery the steak did have flavor didn't get the charo beans not worth the beans not worth the $50 me and the wife had

Great Food and People

They spit gum into my to-go bag. Will not be ordering again from here. What else could they be doing to the food.

One star is too much ground meat had a horrible taste and sandy texture
They charged me twice for the bill because the first one their system says it did not go thru my bank account shows it did and said it did when I called them. They made me pay a 2nd time on a different card. Now im having to fight the bank. The manager JULIO was the rudest person ive ever met in management as he didnt care would not acknowledge the fact it was plain as a day in my account and walked off refusing to give his name. The waiter was very sweet and attentive and kept trying to dispute it with the manager as well but no use he gave me the managers name as the manager refused his information. Now im having to fight with my bank to cancel the transaction. Im out $300+ bc of being charged twice for a meal we barely ate bc majority of my family hated it.

I have to say this is probably one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to. To start off with, walking in the door everything looks amazing. Second of all, I ordered water in a town with chlorine taste in every restaurant I go to, except this one. There were four of us in our party. We all ordered something different. The chips and salsa were great. The only thing that would have made them perfect is if they were to warm the salsa. That’s only a personal preference because they tasted great anyway. The nachos were amazing, the shrimp fajitas were amazing. Absolutely no negative remarks about this visit except for the flimsy toothpicks.

It was me and my husbands first time going to this place and the service was amazing. The food came out fast and the server kept checking on us frequently for being as busy as they were.

The place is always clean, the serveres are always very nice, prompt and attentive. The atmosphere is cool and comfortable. The food is excellent! The seafood dishes are so delicate and delicious it is really great. If I had to say anything negative at all, it would be the music is played too loud; however most restaurants play their music too loud for my liking. I highly recommend this restaurant.

For the first time since I’ve been ordering my food from here I never had a problem , I found a piece of plastic in my food and the shrimp wasn’t cooked properly.. I was very disappointed and I always ordered thru DoorDash.. they really are slipping, all it takes is one time for me to realize that it was rushed. I could have choked, this is food folks , my happy plate wasn’t so happy ??

The food was mostly bland. There was this obnoxious laughing lady who drove most the customers to leave and our waitress's second language was english. The margarhita was the saving grace. I will not come back.
