I've gone twice in the last two months to Ember. The service, drinks, ambiance, and food were so good I had to go back a second time to believe it! We are now planning a dinner for 12+ in there in a couple more months.

Fabulous! The restaurant is located in the L'Auberge Casino in Lake Charles, LA. The ambiance is quiet with nice music and the food was excellent. The charred lemon drop martini was like a tasty dessert! The lobster bisque was great! I highly recommend Ember Grille & Wine Bar!

Working in a customer facing business my entire career I can confidently say this is one our favorite experiences in many years. We had a big 12 person group and Eli hit it out of the park managing our crew! The food was on point, drinks were delicious and timely too! The only downside was when we were waiting a few minutes for our group to arrive I sat at the bar and ordered a couple drinks and my wife sat in the lounge area. She was approached by a waitress, and after learning that I had ordered some drinks at the bar the waitress replied with "that sucks" so that was a bit of a disappointment but didn't impact my rating to be less than 5 stars in the end. Eli is a true professional, relatable, funny and just overall a good dude. Will be back and will definitely request Eli as our waiter again!

Everything is prepared and cooked to excellence from Seafood entrees to their steak and an extensive wine list, which will surely pair this delicacy! keley and the gang at the bar are terrific at and very knowledgeable of all their wines and spirits. I usually sit at the bar, but definitely make reservations because this is a very popular five star restaurant.
This place is delectable every time. The ambiance is very relaxing without feeling like you're in the dark. It allows you to carry a conversation and enjoy your meal in a warm and relaxing environment. My go to drink is the Charred Lemon Drop (but I do have to ask them to go light on the basil oil). It is an absolutely delicious drink. If you like crab and asparagus and order a steak, I highly suggest ordering it Oscar Style. It is the only way I will order my steaks here. The Shrimp and Grits appetizer is a whole other taste experience. It's that sauce that makes it amazing. I wanted to ask if they sold it but forgot to ask the last two time I went (hopefully will remember when I return around the 15th of this month) .

What a beautiful restaurant!!! This was my first time to visit, and will not be our last. We are from the Houston area, and enjoyed our stay. Frey was amazing at taking care of us, and was very attentive. Our family all had the filets, and sharable sides. Our picky 15 year old loved the food!!!! Thank you so much fir a beautiful evening.
