Never waste your money manager poor customer service and she call herself a district manager

We wanted to try something new and stopped by for lunch. We sat at our table for about 10 minutes before we decided to get up and leave. Apparently no one wanted to wait on us. Oh well, y'all's loss.

Well this place has gone downhill since our last visit. No longer offer 2 for 1 margaritas. Went ahead and ordered a margarita anyway. Was then informed that they couldn’t make any frozen margaritas, but had them on the rocks. So, asked the waitress for one on the rocks. She returns shortly thereafter and informs me that they actually can’t make any margaritas. On to our food order…There were 4 of us that ordered. After the 1st two received their food, we waited approx 20 minutes before receiving ours. Needless to say the other two in our party had finished eating before we started. I should mention that the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Maybe that should have been a clue considering it was around 7:00 on a Saturday night. I actually felt bad for our waitress because none of this was her fault. Overall seems like an owner/management issue.

Sorry, the Fat Pat fries didn't have a chance. This place has an awesome menu, super friendly and informative staff, and a cool place to watch any game or sports event. I forgot the stand-end bartenders name but thanks for suggesting the Fat Pat fries with Fried chicken!

Service was terrible usually when. I go there it's amazing but yesterday no the girl was rude we were asking her to bring stuff and she completely ignored us and then when we left some how she got one of our numbers and was telling us we needa learn how to tip people but why should I tip people with bad customer service
