Fat Pat's Bar and Grill Lake Charles

Truly, the worst dining experience we have ever had at any restaurant. Our server, Donovan, had a ridiculous attitude, & acted as if he was inconvenienced and annoyed to serve the 3 of us. For whatever reason, we stood at the entrance for several minutes waiting to be seated, despite the fact that there was barely anyone in the restaurant. And we counted a total of 11 customers in the entire dining area at the time we were there, so it’s not like our server, or the staff, were swamped. The food was terrible. I ordered wings & they were the worse wings I’ve ever had. My sister ordered a chicken bacon wrap and the chicken was chewy & the “fried pickles” were literal chips. We are from out of town & were traveling so we had to use the restroom upon arriving & prior to leaving & noticed multiple places with mold in the restroom & the soap dispensers had no soap. Also, it was NFL Sunday & we were surprised at the fact there were less than a dozen customers in the building - I think that just goes to show the quality of the service & the food. Truly an awful experience - which is confusing and disappointing considering the good reviews online. Anyways, the vibes are there. The customer experience factor, the service, & the food quality is lacking tremendously.

Made a Togo order for myself and simply asked for no tomatoes or lettuce & they had them on there. So now im gagging and wasted my money and the fries taste 3-6 business days old

Rachel knocked it out of the park! The buffalo chicken wrap was absolutely delicious and the wings were next-level amazing—crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. On top of that, the service was off the chart—Rachel was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience better than expected. Definitely coming back again!
