Bad experience ordering a cake , was not able to produce the cake I ordered a week ago , so enough time to have proper supplies but not informed till I went pick up cake. Cake was not ready was going to be about 10 more minutes was told I could go sit in my car and wait by someone I found rather direct …. The gentleman was extremely nice and gave me cupcakes that I honestly did not want …. I paid 70+ dollars for the cake and got a plain cake they offered to replace the chocolate covered strawberries with happy birthday WOW!!!! Not as impressed as I once was moving on…. Thank you and best of luck

Customer Service is AMAZING! I went today and while purchasing a couple of cupcakes and an individual cheesecake, I told the guy that my mom got to “ring the bell” at chemo today! The cupcakes were for her. He blessed us in a fabulous way! Shop local! I love this bakery, and the cupcakes are delicious!
