Expectation VS reality 🥴 it was SO bad. If I had asked for freehand then I could understand but the exact design I selected was advertised on the website. If you can’t decorate just ask someone else. AND please just copy the spelling from the original photo 😂 For the price it was a huge disappointment… see comments for actual photos.
Always good and the Easter Cookie was so cute. The kids loved it!

i don’t even live in the state anymore, i haven’t eaten these cookies since i was 9 and yet i still think about them every day. these were the BEST TASTING cookies i have ever had and no amount of home baking will ever compare to whatever concoction of cookies and sprinkles 9 year old me ordered. they taste amazing and they are so good and i remember staring at the cute little designs in the display window when we walked by. the DAY i turn 16 u better believe im hijacking a car and driving myself across the country to go get these cookies. anyways ily !!
The employees don’t wear gloves. I’ve walked up multiple times and walked away because both of the employees are making something and not wearing gloves. One guy gives me weird looks and is just straight up rude. He’s served me multiple times but the most recent he just acted baffled I was even in the mall. I asked what kind of icing was on the cookie and he said cream cheese??? Not sure what his problem was but he gave me the wrong cookie on purpose. Cookies are kinda dry sometimes too.
