i don’t even live in the state anymore, i haven’t eaten these cookies since i was 9 and yet i still think about them every day. these were the BEST TASTING cookies i have ever had and no amount of home baking will ever compare to whatever concoction of cookies and sprinkles 9 year old me ordered. they taste amazing and they are so good and i remember staring at the cute little designs in the display window when we walked by. the DAY i turn 16 u better believe im hijacking...
The employees don’t wear gloves. I’ve walked up multiple times and walked away because both of the employees are making something and not wearing gloves. One guy gives me weird looks and is just straight up rude. He’s served me multiple times but the most recent he just acted baffled I was even in the mall. I asked what kind of icing was on the cookie and he said cream cheese??? Not sure what his problem was but he gave me the wrong cookie on purpose. Cookies are kinda dry...
I picked up my son's cookies cake for his 16th birthday. It was very dry and taste old so I called them about it and was told they ran out of dough so they use so other. They would not offer refund or discount she said they used other dough and that was it sorry.
