I had the southwest chicken power bowl (or something like that) and it was really good. But what really stood out to me was the service. Walking in I sort of expected the typical fast casual service - meaning not great but not bad either just nothing special. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service that Skyler provided us. The service was solid and the food was as expected for a salad place. The blackberry lemonade is excellent. There is only one plant based salad called "The Vegan" it is solid but nothing to write home about.

Young workers were sitting at a table upon arrival. Two items not readily available for the salad I requested, grilled tofu and sliced radishes. This wasn’t a customized salad, ordered as listed on menu. They did grill some tofu and said they would slice radish for the bowl. Salad brought to my table with tofu, but no radish. Not a big deal.
