Absolutely AMAZING experience! Jamie Patten and her staff have made several families of customers for life! They were professional, polite, empathetic and accommodating. Truly grateful to have selected this venue to spend a much needed vacation getaway! Our server, I'lynn was so sweet and caring that she should be acknowledged and considered for a raise! Delayney and JJ were 2 others who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable! This is my new favorite place! Keep up the excellent work guys! And we'll see y'all again very soon! I came today to the poolside even though there was notice of bad weather later in the day, believing that if conditions got worse, that the outdoor area would be closed. Throughout today as winds have picked up, I watched chairs, other customers food, cushions, the works all being thrown around. At first I figured it would only be a matter of time before everything was closed, so I asked our waitress if we would be needing to leave here soon. It was then we were informed that there was no intention of the pool area being closed. This not only shocked me, but also only made me more infuriated when my nephew was struck in the head by a literal chair that was lifted and flung by this wind. Absolutely no care has been taken towards any of the customers here aside from wait staff being as accommodating as they can in these conditions. I am furious that as bad weather moved in, zero care was given for the safety of us.

View was great, atmosphere was good, food took a long time to arrive, cocktail waitress was nice. The manager was awful, she was rude to my wife when she tried to ask questions about the cabanas, my wife was not disrespectful, manager was just unprofessional and we will not be coming back.

The bartenders were amazing and friendly but food service was awful. It took over an hour to get a grilled chicken Caesar salad. Beverage supervisor Jeff was rude and not helpful. He went to get the chicken from inside and told us he was heating it up and it was ice cold. Lettuce was old and wilted and the croutons were stale. We tried to cancel the order after an hour and Jeff said it would take even longer to get the food if we went inside and he wasn’t in charge of the kitchen. Have always had great food and service in the past but this time was a disaster.

This place is pretty good too say how small it is the Burger are juicy and fish tacos are the bomb so try eating at the grill at h20pool.
The chicken tenders are not good. Straight up carnival food.
The pool and lazy river were great. Could never get a cocktail waitress to help me if my live depended on it.
We had dinner here about a month ago. The food was good. The crispy coconut shrimps were great. The outdoor seating facing the pool was nice.
