Super friendly and attentive staff, food is prompt, but the last two visits I noticed roaches on the table....not the giant outside ones but the tiny gross ones you see in an unkempt home. Both times they were on the corner table near the drinks. Those visits were months apart, was hoping it would change. :/

I ordered the Frisco burger and it is supposed to be on a grilled sour dough bread but was not that at all. We pay good money for our food and expect it to at least be some of what we are expecting instead of just ugh! Just to the point it is no longer worth going there just to get dissappddisa every time lately.

Great experience...I came and ordered the big chicken.. Kelsey...Handed me the bag and I had cold frys...I told her I would like fresh one's..She offered me a drink while we waited...And when I got my frys it was a large and two Cookies... Awesome!!! She had Awesome customer service!!!!! Houston TX Love!!!

Located close to Prien Lake Mall. The menu Hardee’s is a lot more breakfast-centric, but there are plenty of crossover items (like biscuits and Thickburgers). Signature dish is the traditional thick burger meal for 5.49$. You can feel/taste the hyrogenated soybean oil use to increase the water content in the burger. Word of caution, do not use the drinks fountain, I don't know if it was just the day we went or it's a normal occurrence. Sprite tasted very weird. This particular outlet services a lot of drive through customer due to the location. Seating area is relatively small. Staff are warm and helpful. Portion size for fries is on the smaller side of spectrum. Quick stop for a burger if you are in the area.

The food has gone downhill from when they first opened. The employees are really nice though. I've figured out to not get regular fries, cause those are terrible and soggy.
