Forgot the bacon AND extra patty on a burger, and when asked for extra mayo and pickles barely received any. Easily one of the WORST dining experiences I've EVER had.

The Classic burger with Plant-Based Burger Patty was fine. There was no IHOP sauce on it, luckily there was ketchup on the table.Restaurant was very cold. Tables, floor and sanitary facilities very dirty. Weird smell from the washroom enters the restaurant.Management comes across as disinterested.Vegetarian options: The burgers can be made with Plant-Based patty.

Called to place an order on a Saturday morning and was told that they could no longer take orders over the phone and that orders had to be placed online. Go to place an online order and find out that they're not taking online orders (apparently until Monday) Called the restaurant again, explained the situation, and was told that if it's broken, I'd have to talk to a manager. Asked to speak to a manager and was told that no manager was there. The order that I wanted to place can't be placed in store and can only be ordered online. What a fun system they have.

My family and I went to this establishment and waited over ten to just be seated. Never greated, or spoken to. Another family were waiting with us and same experience. Unfortunately we left because of lack of service. We called the manager and was told they were understaffed. From other reviews they have been understaffed for months now and should need a new approach.

I was not greeted nor seated and the place was not very busy. People were standing waiting to get in by the register when we arrived. People came in behind us and left so we left as well. I suppose they are understaffed.
Stay away……they are not only out of pancakes, omelettes, hashbrowns, basically breakfast the lady in the kitchen kept yelling the whole time which gave me a headache.
