I have given Jt’s my business for many years. Usually once a week.
Today I was the only customer, waited 10 minutes to be checked out, and I was going to pay cash because of the 4% charge if you use a card.
The man looked at my hand and said we don’t have change for that. It would been $67.
I said well you want us to pay cash, he said of course
I said then I shouldn’t have to pay
the extra 4% because you don’t have change .
He looked at me, didn’t answer, and charged me the 4% anyway!
This not the service I am used to from this establishment.

They charged my wife for 3lbs of grouper. When she questioned the weight they refused to weigh it in front of her. Came home, and it's a little over a 1lb for 2 filets.

Visited last Sunday and the crawfish were BABY size. Way too small. The flavor was good but I recommend asking to see the size of them prior to purchase. It was so disappointing as we were visiting home from VA scouting out the best crawfish in Lake Charles. They were literally hard to peel as they were so small. Frustrated, we ending going to Steamboat Bills the same day for more and they were was so good and big. Steamboat Bills was hands down the better!

My first taste of Louisiana seafood. I was not disappointed. I got a dozen blue crabs for a reasonable price. They were delicious. Customer service is second to none. I will be back. Thank you JT.

The person did offer an option for Shrimp we were looking to add to the live crawfish boil we were having. However, they were not very personable in service very short not offering any other information. Knowing we had live crawfish did not even ask about if we needed ice. But the food was absolutely good
