Customer service is horrible. The cashier's attitude indicated that she didn't want to be there, or that my daughter and I were an inconvenience to her. It's dark and dreary.

I always get the same thing and I love the build your own salad bar as well. The sandwiches are fresh and made per order. The staff is normally very friendly.
The muffelatta is always good. The tomato bisque is amazing. The chocolate ice cream was probably the best soft serve I've ever had. Normally restaurant soft serve ice cream is grainy but this was very smooth.

We had Jason's Deli for a staff lunch recently and noticed there was a little bit of an issue with the order. Not only did they rectify the issue quickly, they were so kind and respectful about the mix-up. Our staff loved the food and the lunches made their day. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Jason's Deli. All around they've been fantastic to deal with.
