I want to thank you for showing up on such short notice! You literally pulled it off for our group at Shaw! With an hour notice, you were there without proper preparation and you got the food out to everyone! Food was great, you and your help had great attitudes! Got the shrimp sandwich & fries today and was super impressed with the flavor! Shrimp were really good size, juicy yet still crispy, and seasoned well and between a jalapeño bun which was so good too! Usually I don’t get my hopes up on fries being crispy and seasoned but when I tell you these are PERFECT in my opinion … idk what kind of magic they do on the truck but it’s 1000% worth trying!
Also worth mentioning, the burple kool aid is awesome and service is spectacular!...
I enjoyed eating at this food truck while at Pride in South Lake Charles at Castaways bar. They had the longest line all day so that's why I choose to come eat here. Everything was awesome from the service to the food! If you are thinking about coming here to eat don't sleep on this place, the goosport burger my friend was eating and the fries that came with it looked good enough to steal! I ordered my own food to eat too and I wasn't even hungry to begin with!
