First time dining here. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Something so simple. It was the worst quesadilla I've ever encountered! It had a layer of burnt cheese on top that I had to pull off to even attempt to eat it. It was really gross. The only reason I didn't send it back is because I got an urgent phone call and had to leave. Im not sure what they serve that is good but the quesadilla is GROSS . wasted 20 bucks!

My first there and I’d definitely be back! I ordered the top shelf frozen margarita and the shrimp nachos. Every thing was great, I didn’t have a long wait and Raine was very nice! The only complaint I have is that it was entirely too cold in there! 🥶🥶

We waited a good 10 minutes before the female manager and 3 other people saw us standing outside waiting to be seated they weren't busy everyone just looked at us and walked by I wish I would've just left cause the food was horrible and old I'm black the rice was darker than me and the black beans looked like they scraped the bottom of the pot very dry and I asked the waitress is this how they look she said yes they have got to do better I bill was over 50 dollars and I wanted my money back the food and the service was horrible I'm very upset with them the food look nothing like the pics

Hours are not accurate. The bar area is typically open based on the posted hours however the restaurant itself isn't open on Sundays and a large gap between 1400-1700 all other days. Basically they're misleading people to get into the casino.

9/11/2025: After my recent 4 night 5 day stay in the L'Auberge casino, I made an observation. No casino restaurants, unless high end, are that great. They know you will have to eat and probably don't want to leave the property, so there's no real incentive for them to be on their A game. Johnny Sanchez is no exception. We ate there twice during our stay. Why? Because it was convenient. Although the waitresses both times were nice, the service was snail slow. The tea tasted off because I think their water is not filtered. The food is bland. The options are good for breakfast, lunch, and sharables, but the food itself was subpar. I wouldn't have complained a bit if the speed of the service was at least quick. Not a fan of waiting in a super freezing cold restaurant.

We started our Labor Day vacation with breakfast at Johnny Sanchez's in L’Auberge, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was the service. Trish provided phenomenal service—she was friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to talk to. She made us feel welcome and really added to the experience. Thanks again for a great start to our trip!
