I would put 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely disgusting. I found a long fingernail baked into my cupcake — completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I will never be returning.

On top of that, the customer service was just as bad. When I asked about ordering a small round cake for my grandmother’s birthday, the woman at the front counter (I believe her name was Cassie) was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me they don’t take orders and I’d just have to come in and pick one — even though the website clearly says orders are accepted. When I pointed that out, she gave me major attitude and continued to argue with me. That’s not how you treat customers.

Between the unsanitary food and poor service, this place is a complete disappointment. Management seriously needs to retrain staff and reevaluate quality control.

Customer service is the best Best Bakery in lake Charles La

First time I stopped in was their busiest time of year- Valentine’s Day. They were not a disappointment. I got 4 chocolate with chocolate icing cupcakes and a small white cake. They both had excellent flavor. The cakes were fluffy and moist and most importantly the frosting was not sickening sweet frosting. Chocolate was his favorite but said both were very good. You will definitely have a repeat customer.

I could seriously hurt myself on those icing push up pops, they are the best! Definitely my absolute favorite!
I can't speak for anything else other than the white cakes/cupcakes and their wedding cupcakes as well, but 5 stars all the way!
