Stopped at Kat Daddy's to pick up lunch today. I pulled up to the window and was greeted by the sweetest lady who seemed like she truly enjoys her job. She graciously read the list of specials for the day to me. Normally I would just get the fried fish or fried shrimp, but was looking for something different today. Ended up trying the Stuffed Baked Potato with grilled shrimp....and it was FABULOUS 👌🏼

Plenty of butter and cheese. Bacon bits and sour cream on the side. Large and well seasoned grilled shrimp 😋
My only complaint is that I could have used 2 or 3 more shrimp for those last couple of bites of potato....my fault though, I ate the others too fast 🤣

But best of all - fast service, great price point, friendly service with a smile!

This is a fantastic drive through. we had the hamburgers which were thick and juicy. The service was very nice.

Items were fried and seasoned well. Longer wait time than I expected, but everything was fried to order so that was a plus. I asked if the fish was catfish and was told that yes it was by the employee at the window. It is very obvious that it was NOT catfish. That’s disappointing. In fact I believe there is a Louisiana law that’s requires restaurants to post and provide identification and origin seafood. I also find irony in the restaurant’s name and logo that implies catfish, yet doesn’t serve it.

I ordered the small fish platter. Menu states it feeds 15. Food being, fish, shrimp, hush puppies, fries, fried okra and green beans. $101.00. Get the food via door dash. Has enough fish to feed 2, 7 shrimp, 15 hush puppies, enough okra and green beans for maybe 2 and you get more fries in a McDonald’s kids meal. So I called. Lady hands off the phone to a guy. I asked if we were missing a tray or 2. He said he agrees and has brought up this to the owner but the amount is what he is told to put in the tray which is 4 filets cut up, 15 shrimp and the sides. I understand he is doing his job but JAY, you know good and well there isn’t enough food on that “small platter” to feed 3 very small adults much less, 7 men working the night shift. However, I will take the employees advice and give ol JAY a call in the morning. Only positive was that the 2 fish nuggets and 1, yes 1 shrimp, was decent. Buyer beware!!!

I had the fried fish and the shrimp, the batter had a funny taste to it almost like a sweet batter. And the crust wasn't fried hard it felt soggy on the first bite.. just not my cup of tea, what I think a deep fried seafood

Great food great prices not sure why so many horrible reviews and the lady at the drive thru very patient and not rude at all dealing with my paw who cannot hear !!!! Second time eating here and always impressed

do not work for this company this man will call you stupid or force you to talk and then tell you to shut up and say you're talking too much then eventually he'll tell you you're not allowed to talk a you're not allowed to do anything but work and look down and he's going to scream and yell at you all day talk down to you make you feel bad about yourself tell you you ain't s***. no matter how much experience you have he's going to tell you your experience don't mean s*** I'm never been spoken to or treated the way I was treated by that man ever in my life and I've been in some pretty bad places. when I work there I got yelled at for stuff that happened on my day off as soon as I came in from my day off I had employees throw food at me I had to boss call me stupid tell me to shut up multiple times when I was asking him about the food and about the job wasn't saying anything personal I was literally talking about the food and about the job because that works on a call out system there are no screens to read and everybody doesn't get the ticket only one personl kiitchengets the ticket so you have to talk in order to work in the kitchen there's no choice otherwise I would have went in there and not set a single word but I had to talk and then every time I open this in my mouth he told me to shut up I literally did my job perfect I was a model employee and I got screamed hollered at and downgraded the entire time I was in there I'm talking about a perfect employee it was crazy
