Not a ramen connoisseur but can definitely say that the food is good.
I had the fried dumplings and spicy chicken ramen. I like mine a bit more spicy so I added some sriracha sauce. Needless to say it was delicious.
The only “bad” in my opinion is the beverage I got. I ordered a lemonade and a water. The water tasted a bit too “faucet” if that even makes sense. Most Louisiana water tastes like that so maybe I’m tripping and it’s not the restaurant itself.
They do have Boba. I did not try it this time but noticed lots of people ordering it so I assume it’s good.

Trigger warning: my mom and I went here for lunch. This was our first time visiting this establishment. The server was very nice. And the food had good flavor. We asked for to go boxes. I stirred my ramen a bit and a Roach floated to the surface! I was so disgusted I wanted to throw up. They acted like they still expected me to pay I refused

The ramen here could be improved on. The tonkotsu broth was quite thin and not very flavorful even though it looked like it should be. The egg is a full hard boiled egg instead of the soft-centered ones that one would expect with ramen. The chashu looks great but is somehow also bland. The noodles are soft and soggy.
The restaurant also had an unpleasant damp smell mixed with the smell of cleaning products.
I don’t think that this is a bad restaurant, but I think that improving the ramen and airing out the restaurant would make a big difference.
