Good food quality and service was excellent by Emmie. Noise level was higher than we like. Evidently not much of a dress code.
Had the seafood gumbo and being from South Louisiana the gumbo was great but would have expected for potato salad to come with it. Wasn't even on the menu.
Our waitress, Roseann, was outstanding in every way!!! Not to mention, the food was great!
Not the seafood or service experience we were probably expecting for the price. Was told there weren't any seafood specials and that the fish of the day was tilapia. Server was mostly absent, inattentive, and not helpful overall. We all regretted going there. Other tables seemed to be faring better.
Landry's food and service is always outstanding! Food always hot and delicious..we always look forward to eating at Landry's!
Even through some challenges and delays in the kitchen, Jay and his manager Chris were able to still recover and deliver a delicious meal for my wife and I.
If I could give 0 stars I would.. Lance the “manager” needs to go back to training to learn the importance of good customer service. We ordered a baked potato with a side of grilled chicken to go in the potato.. well the potato was cold! We asked that the potato and chicken be removed from the bill as we already waited 40 min and didn’t want to wait longer for a “new” potato. Lance came to the table with an attitude refusing to take the chicken off the bill ignoring the fact chicken was for the potato therefore it is no longer a need for the chicken anymore.. I told him I would be reporting his nasty attitude he stated he doesn’t care .. wow so much for a “manager” don’t spend a dime with these folks go to salt grass and save your time and money! Lance was very rude with a very nasty attitude.
Inside of the casino. Small, compared to the steakhouse restaurant. Waiter was great. Food was decent. I enjoyed it. I've been to other Landry's in other cities; this one had the feel of being at a restaurant in a mall because of the casino.
We made a reservation but when we got there we had to wait for a table even though walk-ins were seated ahead of us. The waitress also got our order wrong in several ways, but rather than fix it said the manager was “in a bad mood and it would come out of her pay.” We thought the food quality was OK.
Honestly, don't remember the last time so disappointed in a restaurant. Starter was Oysters Rockefeller. Know its not season so they will be small, but when you over broil them to where we needed out knives to get the crust off for the overcooked oyster, Second up, Shrimp Gumbo. Seriously, i took a bite and said i don't taste anything? Husbands me either, completely void of ANY flavor. Had hot sauce on the table so put a little kick in but didn't do much when you base is flavorless. Split a tenders salad. Lettuce was not crisp cold, must have been sitting on the counter for some time. Tenders had probably been done in a basketful and just sitting there getting hard, waiting for an order. The only thing delicious was their generous cocktail that warranted the price. Really, $78 later and I was still a bit hungry. Not doing that again.

Friendly and fast service! We were seated quickly (we had a reservation) and the atmosphere was nice. The food was delicious. The bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer, The Shrimp Kisses, were the best I ever had! Absolutely delicious!!

I visited yesterday evening and left quite disappointed. I've been here a couple of times before and always had a good experience, but this time the food didn’t meet expectations. We started with the crab and artichoke dip, which tasted fishy and was barely warm. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she apologized and offered to take it away but didn't offer a replacement or offer to remove it from the bill.
We then had the seafood platter, which was also just lukewarm and tasted like it might have been pre-prepared. On a positive note, the service was excellent—that's the main reason I gave it 2 stars. At this price point, I expect a lot better.
I’m so disappointed. I got the crab cakes , crab bisque, fried seafood platter & blackened catfish with the crawfish cream sauce. Nothing tasted good . The fried stuff tasted freezer burnt, the catfish also had a burnt taste from being grilled, the “cream” sauce had a strong, nasty flavor it wasn’t good at all. And it had peas in it … whyyyy is there peas in a crawfish cream sauce … The crab bisque was decent but I wouldn’t eat here again. I was highly disappointed & wish I would’ve went somewhere else.
I tried to treat myself after a particularly rough week. My bill was easily $70.
I ordered a steak and baked potatoes. I couldn't cut the baked potatoe because it was over cooked in a microwave. The steak? Grill marks on one side are fake. Landrys is supposed to be a tad upscale, i threw most of it out and got a quarter pounder. Disgusting.
