I put in an order to the mobile app for two pizzas and a cheese bread. I wait for the 25 minutes and then head there to pick up my pizza because the app says it’s ready. I get there to the corner to pick up and the guy says they haven’t even started on the order…… Awesome👎🏻

We ordered a pizza with vegetables. It really couldve been cooked longer; however, my real complaint is the crazy puffs we ordered, literally looked like they had been used to play baseball and then throw in the box. There’s really no excuse for allowing a customer to walk out with THAT.

ordered thru the app and wrong order was received , tried to call to speak with someone once they finally answered was put on hold and after 20 mins I hung up . This is not the first time had issues with the place. last time our order was giving to people who walked in after us and then we had to wait for them to remake our order and it was cooked all the way .

Whoever work night shift as manager need to be fired! They don’t answer the phone and put me on hold for over 20 minutes just to speak to the manager and still never got on the phone to see what the issue was, stayed otp since I left my house all the way on the north side until I got to the store and when I got there and told him I had a messed up order the night shift manager said “I don’t know” and walked off. DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION THE WORST OF THEM ALL!
