Unfortunately there was an abundance of large pick oders and they were short staffed today. Regardless of those issues the staff was friendly, honest and as helpful as they could be.

The wait was a little long, but I completely understood due to them being short-handed, so I, along with several other customers, patiently waited, and we all received our orders piping hot. The pizza was delicious.
I've been waiting over an hour for an online order... over 7 people who ordered after me, including similar orders have received their food and I am still waiting. This is extremely frustrating, disappointing and unacceptable. Im not even hungry anymore...

Ordered online. After receiving TWO emails stating my order was ready, I arrive to be told they are waiting on just one of my pizzas. 30 minutes later (also past quoted time), they take my entire order out the oven only to realize one either wasn’t made or was made wrong. Wait even longer for that one. Come home to find EVERYTHING undercooked!!! Will never order from this location again. Poor cashier tried his best, but the people in the back could care less. They almost ‘forgot’ my sauce because no one wanted to restock the lids for that either! Absolutely ridiculous!

Didn’t know Little Caesar’s could be this good. Best pizza I’ve had in town.
Burned pizza, asked for extra cheese and still gave me a classic with no extra cheese. Asked for an extra most bestest and got a classic instead.They just basically hand whatever is already made since they don’t show you your pizzas before you leave and they are NOT labeled.So highly recommend you look at your pizza before you leave.

Whoever runs this place, GM, Manager, whoever! You need to be fired ASAP!!! This staff was set up for failure with only one person in the back, this poor young gentleman upfront was running around with angry customers because orders took over 30-40 mins. All because y’all can’t hide more people so you make the ones you have work their behinds off. Get yourself in check and hire more employees!

The worst little Caesars ever. Take my advice and go to the one on Prien Lake Rd. The people at this location do not know what they’re doing. You will be waiting forever for your pizza. They need to have better staffing. It’s terrible.
