Little Caesars Pizza

Spent two dating trying to call the store but sent to voicemail. On the third day I finally reached a employee. I asked if she knew the phone was having problems, she hung up on me before I could order. I called back and asked for the Manager she told me she was the manager. So I called to the store off mcneese. The pizzas were ready in less than 6 mins.

Ordered 20 minutes before hand and when I got the bread sticks, they were rock hard, the crust on the pizza is rock hard and the pizza is cold. I called THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and NO ONE answered, absolutely terrible is the one thing I can say to describe the situation.

“Hot & Ready” is a LIE. More like “Luke Warm,& HARD” Pizza was so HARD !
Let’s not mention the service is TERRIBLE.
ALSO,one time I picked up an order & the guy made me feel so UNCOMFORTABLE! ?

Wanted to share my experience with the community of Lake Charles. Had a situation at the Little Caesars Pizza on E Prien Lake Rd last night. My 15 year old daughter walked inside to ask if the order for the five hot and ready pizzas was ready. An older heavy set gentleman with gray hair made the comment to her that there were five of them there (the workers) and they were all hot and ready. She came to the car to tell me what had happened as she felt it was inappropriate and she said it came across as a sexual advance. I went back inside and a taller slim gentleman helped me that had took the order originally. He didn’t deny the comment made by his coworker as he was standing next to him when she went in. I stressed my frustration and made it clear how pissed off I was as a father and luckily my wife on the other line whom I was on the phone with talked me down and encouraged me to leave and handle it a different way. So words of advice don’t send your young adult children in to grab the order even if they are wanting to. Trying to teach my daughter how to adult and communicate at stores so she doesn’t freeze up and is comfortable adulting as this will eventually be her next step and you get results like this… I would put a zero star if I could…

It's this low because we ordered pizza with like e or 4 toppings and what you gave us was a pepperoni, why just give us what you want , what would I give more stars ? for giving me the wrong pizza ! I mean honestly I should have given a 1 star ? so disprove or not doesn't really matter does it , I disprove of giving me the wrong order but it doesn't change Facts does it ! Check your orders before sending it out to the customer . Ok now I changed the star ratings for you to meet the actual pizza order we got !
